Safe staffing levels
The introduction of safe staff reporting is a recent requirement for health trusts, and we are committed to meeting this obligation. Our data publication aligns with the national standards set by NHS England, ensuring transparency and accountability.
We actively contribute to the national reporting system by submitting our data, and providing insights into our staffing levels and practices. This shared information contributes to a broader understanding of healthcare staffing across the country.
In addition to national submissions, we internally maintain our own safe staffing figures. These figures are carefully formatted to facilitate the safe and effective management of our wards. By closely monitoring our staffing levels, we ensure a secure and supportive environment for both our staff and the individuals under our care.
We remain dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of staffing and care, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our service users and staff members.
