Young people’s health and wellbeing (Zone 5 to 19) is a service in Doncaster.
Zone 5 to 19 is a dedicated service for children, young people and families. The service primary focus is on people aged 5 to 19 and people aged 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (25 SEND).

- drugs and alcohol

How to get help
eClinics
Parents can book online appointments with a school nurse through our Parent Plus eClinics mobile application.
Simply download the free app, on apple (opens in new window) or android (opens in new window) register and book an appointment time to chat online.
If you are a young person you can talk to a school nurse using our eClinic application.

Alternatively, walk-ins during specified hours are welcome. Referrals from healthcare professionals are also accepted.
Sexually transmitted infection tests
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are bacterial or viral infections that are passed on by sexual contact, this can include vaginal, anal, or oral sex, genital contact, or sharing sex toys.
The risk of spreading an infection can be reduced by using a condom every time you have sex.
You can request a Chlamydia test online:
- if you are under 16 years of age, you can request a free Chlamydia test
- if you are aged 16 to 19 we offer this service via SH:24 (opens in a new window)
