St John’s outpatient clinic provides patients with a life-limiting illness the ability to see a palliative medicine consultant in the outpatient setting for complex symptom control.

We provide help with symptom management. We help with complex, uncontrolled or difficult to manage symptoms.

How to get help

The clinic is held every Monday afternoon at St Johns Hospice.

Hospital consultants, GPs, and clinical nurse Specialists can refer patients to the clinic using the referral form or by submitting a letter outlining the reason for referral.
