Health and wellbeing (age 0 to 19) is a service in North Lincolnshire

The health and wellbeing service, for ages 0 to 19, is a service dedicated to children, young people, and families. Our team of NHS professionals brings experience and expertise in all aspects of children’s and young people’s health and wellbeing.

The service consists of health visitors for ages 0 to 5, school age nursing for ages 5 to 19, and 25 special education needs and disability (SEND).

For ages 5 to 19 in Doncaster, please see the young people’s health and wellbeing (Zone 5 to 19) service.

The special educational needs and disability (SEND) local offer (opens in new window) provides information about services, support, activities, and events for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities and their families.
