Community learning disability is a service in Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire

We offer specialised healthcare to adults aged 18 and above who have a confirmed learning disability or are transitioning from children’s services.

Our work involves collaborating with patients having learning disabilities, their caregivers, families, and the broader health and social care community.
