Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust patient group direction (PGD) for the supply of azithromycin for the treatment of uncomplicated chlamydia trachomatis, uncomplicated mycoplasma genitalium and non-gonococcal and non-specific urethritis.

This patient group direction (PGD) must only be used by registered professionals who have been named and authorised by their organisation to practise under it.

This PGD template has been peer-reviewed by the reproductive health PGDs short life working group in accordance with their terms of reference. It has been approved by the British association for sexual health and HIV (BASHH) in April 2020.
