REVAXIS low dose diphtheria, tetanus and inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (Td/IPV)

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust patient group direction (PGD) for REVAXIS low dose diphtheria, tetanus and inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (Td or IPV).

This PGD is for the administration of low-dose diphtheria, tetanus and inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (Td or IPV) to individuals from 10 years of age, in accordance with the national immunisation programme, for travel, or for the management of cases and contacts of diphtheria, tetanus or poliomyelitis.

This PGD is to be administered by identified registered healthcare practitioners (see sections 2 and 3).
