Prefer to speak to someone? Our friendly teams are available weekdays, 8am to 5pm on 03000 211 556.
- We will be in touch: once you’ve completed the online form, our team will contact you by phone, text, or email to get you booked in for a chat with one of the team. This is known as an initial assessment.
- Attend your initial assessment: a clinician will ask you about your mental health symptoms and how they’re impacting your life. This will help us to get the best support for you.
- Start support: this could be one-to-one therapy, a group, or a workshop. We offer a range of treatment options, and appointments can take place face to face, or over video call, telephone or text message.
